Still living in the chat window
You ask a question, copy an answer, and then do the work by hand anyway. Nothing you learned last week carries into this week.
For professionals
A hands on 1:1 session for professionals who want practical confidence using AI in real work. We start with the tools you already have, whether that is ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM, set up what matters for your role, and practice on the tasks actually sitting in your week. You do not need to be technical.
Where people are stuck right now
These are the gaps we see most often in 2026. None of them are knowledge problems, which is why reading more about AI has not closed them. They close through guided practice on your own work.
You ask a question, copy an answer, and then do the work by hand anyway. Nothing you learned last week carries into this week.
Every session starts from zero because your documents, standards, clients, and voice live nowhere the tool can reach.
An assistant in your email, another in your documents, two chat tools, and AI inside software you already pay for. Nobody told you which one to reach for.
Tools now offer to run multi-step tasks for you. Handing over work without review points is how quiet mistakes reach clients.
You can feel when something is off but cannot name the check. So you either rewrite everything or ship things you have not really reviewed.
Client details, staff information, contracts, and financials get pasted into tools nobody approved, because the rules were never made practical.
How coaching works
Your week, your tools, your real work.
We look at what you actually do, where the hours go, and which tools you already have access to.
No curriculum. We begin at your starting point. You drive. We coach.
We pick one workflow that matters and build it in your own tools during the session, using your real materials.
You leave with something working, not notes about something that might work.Repeat it without us.
We write the workflow down, set the review checks, and practice it until it is a habit rather than an experiment.
Capability you keep, not a dependency you pay for.Overview
Open a chat window, ask a question, copy an answer, then do the work by hand anyway. The tools changed a great deal in 2026. Most daily habits did not.
It is private, remote, and hands on. You bring your own laptop, the AI tools you already have access to, and the kind of work you want help with. We guide the decisions and the setup while you drive your own accounts. Nothing is hypothetical and nothing is generic.
You keep your accounts, your judgment, and your accountability. You leave knowing what to use, what to ignore for now, how to work more safely, and exactly how to use AI on a few real tasks next week.
Who this is for
What you get
Your role, your current tools, the tasks that eat your week, and what you want to feel more confident about. We arrive prepared.
We work in whatever you already have, whether that is ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM, and find the handful of uses worth keeping. Nothing here depends on buying more software.
Your materials, standards, and tone set up once so the output starts closer to finished and sounds like you.
What not to paste into a tool without approval, what to verify before you use an output, and when to go ask your IT, legal, or privacy contact.
A short written follow-up naming exactly what to use, what to ignore for now, and which tasks to try first. Sessions are recorded so you can rewatch them.
Sprint clients get up to 30 minutes of asynchronous review each month in one shared workspace, answered within two business days.
In their words
Working in a highly regulated corporate environment, I was managing a significant volume of research and finding it increasingly difficult to keep everything organised and focused. This workshop provided practical, immediately applicable techniques, including the use of “crosswalking” prompts and NotebookLM to help me streamline and synthesise 500+ research documents while remaining within corporate security protocols.
I’m leaving with a clear, straightforward action plan centred on simplification rather than accumulation. It has given me a more structured and sustainable approach to managing information and turning research into actionable insights.
AI Between Worlds gave me the confidence to start using AI effectively. The Reclaim Your Time workshop broke down intimidating technology into practical steps I could implement immediately. The dual-facilitator approach combined strategic thinking with hands-on guidance, which helped me make meaningful changes right away.
Thank you for the session. As I said, I found it eye opening and brain stretching!
Thanks for workshop on Sunday. Very interesting and informative! The ethical AI section also gave me pause for reflection.
Clear boundaries
Saying this plainly up front protects your time and ours, and it is how we would want a service described to us.
You keep control of your accounts, passwords, files, and settings. Please do not share passwords, API keys, confidential client information, protected personal information, or restricted company data during a session. We can work from sanitized or fictional examples whenever that is the safer choice.
Pricing
Work on real tasks, in your own tools, and build practical AI skills and judgment you can keep using. Start with one session. Add more only if it is working. All sessions are remote, prices are in US dollars, and nothing here requires a subscription or a long commitment.
$24590 minute session
Founding rate for the first ten sessions. Standard rate is $295.
You leave the call with one task from this week already running on AI, and the exact setup to do it again next Tuesday.
You will not leave without one workflow you can repeat. If we do not get there inside the session, we finish it with you at no extra cost.
The front door. One session on your own tools and your own work, with a short intake before and a written plan after.
$595per month
By month two you have three or four recurring tasks off your plate, and you can tell good output from confident output without asking anyone.
For turning occasional use into a weekly habit. Two sessions a month with bounded review in between, month to month.
$2,250per person, per quarter
$1,950 each for two or more seats.
Help one employee become the person others trust to use AI well.
Three months of guided application to real work, building practical AI capability your organization can see and use. Built around the constraints of their actual workplace.
Which one fits where you are right now
Founding client rate. The $245 session rate applies to the first ten bookings. After that the standard $295 rate applies. Sponsored seats are $1,950 each for two or more people from the same organization in the same quarter.
If cost is the barrier, say so. We hold a limited number of reduced rate places each quarter for nonprofit staff, students, and people between roles. Mention it when you book and we will talk about it honestly.
FAQ
Quick answers to help you decide whether this is the right next step.
It starts with a 90-minute Applied AI Setup and Skills Session. Private, remote, and hands on, in your own tools and on your own work. You bring the tasks you want help with, we guide the setup and the practice, and you leave with a written plan and at least one reusable asset.
No. This is built for capable non-technical professionals. There is no coding, no jargon, and no expectation that you learn every tool. We focus on what is useful for your role and name what you can ignore for now.
The Applied AI Setup and Skills Session is $295, and the first ten sessions are offered at a $245 founding rate. The Applied AI Practice Sprint is $595 per month for two sessions plus bounded review, month to month with 30 days notice. The Employer Sponsored Applied AI Seat is $2,250 per person per quarter, or $1,950 each for two or more seats, invoiced in advance. A limited number of reduced rate places are held each quarter for nonprofit staff, students, and people between roles.
No. We work inside the tools you already use or already have access to, including the AI features in software you pay for today. If a paid tool would genuinely help, we will say so and explain why, but nothing we set up depends on it.
For Practice Sprint clients it is up to 30 minutes of review per month in one shared workspace, usually answered within two business days. It covers feedback on one draft, prompt set, project structure, or decision memo. It does not include open-ended chat access, large research requests, building automations, debugging code, or same-day support.
You stay in control of your accounts, passwords, files, and settings. We ask you not to share passwords, API keys, confidential client information, protected personal information, or restricted company data, and we work from sanitized or fictional examples whenever that is the safer choice.
No. This is guided learning and practical setup, not implementation. You drive your own tools during the session so the capability stays with you. It is also not legal, cybersecurity, privacy law, or compliance advice, and it does not replace your employer policies or IT requirements.
It is a three-month engagement for one named employee. It starts with a kickoff call including their manager so everyone agrees what better looks like by the end of the quarter. It includes six 90-minute sessions, up to 45 minutes of asynchronous review each month, and one alignment pass against your own AI policy or guidelines. It ends with a short summary of participation, skills developed, and sensible next steps. The sponsor receives progress themes, not private session content. Sessions are longer than the individual sprint because workplace coaching has to account for your systems, your policies, and what IT has already decided.
Everything is remote and screen shared, so location is not a constraint. We schedule around your working hours and time zone.
Start where you are
Book the session directly if you already know you want it. If you would rather talk first, take the discovery call. It is a short conversation about what you have tried and whether this is the right next step. If it is not, we will tell you what is.
