About AI Between Worlds
Innovation comes from different ways of experiencing the world
We connect human intelligence and artificial intelligence so organizations can make better decisions, build responsible capability, and create better business outcomes.
Why we existOur purpose
Technology expands what is possible.Human intelligence gives it purpose.
AI Between Worlds exists to help organizations bridge the gap between the promise of AI and the reality of how people make decisions and get work done.
We help small and medium-sized organizations move beyond scattered experimentation through strategy, governance, education, and advisory. The goal is not more technology. It is stronger organizational capability.
Our core belief
AI creates the most value when it amplifies human judgment rather than replacing it
Meaningful adoption happens when leaders intentionally align people, processes, technology, and AI around shared goals. Better tools alone do not create better decisions.
The worlds we bridge
Stronger outcomes live between disciplines, perspectives, and systems

Cultural Intelligence makes better decisions possible
Cultural Intelligence is the intentional practice of bringing different ways of experiencing the world into the room.
That includes diverse lived experiences, disciplines, cultures, generations, abilities, perspectives, and ways of thinking. It shapes how we facilitate workshops, evaluate opportunities, design governance, and support adoption.
When organizations make space for that range of intelligence, they see more clearly, challenge assumptions earlier, and build solutions that work for more of the people affected by them.
The people behind the practice
Two perspectives, one shared conviction
Beth Zukowsky
A technology leader with a background in enterprise-scale modernization. Beth was Chief Technology Officer at Monster.com, with prior roles at IBM and Akamai, and has led the building, training, and operationalization of AI and machine learning models. That experience sits behind a simple conviction: the hard part of AI is rarely the technology. It is people, and the judgment, habits, and capability they build along the way.
